Google Earth now has KMZ file availble that will upload an overlay of New Orleans. The catastrophic flooding and damage can now be viewed by everyone around the world. It's amazing at the size of the area obliterated by water. Above is a quick split shot of a neighberhood half before, half after. My heart goes out to all those affected by the tradgic events that occured as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
